Position Summary

ProBuilt Hawaii is seeking experienced Gutter Installers who take pride in high-quality craftsmanship and precision work. If you have experience installing seamless gutters and are committed to doing things right, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install seamless K-style copper and aluminum gutters with expert-level accuracy

  • Interpret rooflines and ensure proper pitch, drainage, and secure fitting

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site

  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and clients

  • Follow OSHA and company safety protocols

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-time rain gutter installation experience (in the past 2–3 years)

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Physically capable of lifting 80+ lbs and working on roofs and ladders

  • Familiar with measurement tools, safety protocols, and jobsite logistics

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record

  • U.S. citizen or valid work visa holder

  • Proficient in English (spoken and understood)

  • Clean background check (no felonies)

  • Willingness to undergo drug screening

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $80,000–$95,000+ annually (based on experience)

  • Weekly direct deposit
