Position Summary

ProBuilt Hawaii is urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Gutter Installer. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented leader with hands-on installation experience and the ability to guide teams and solve problems on-site. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead seamless rain gutter installations on residential and condominium properties

  • Read and interpret job plans and project scopes accurately

  • Install K-style aluminum and copper gutter systems with expert precision

  • Supervise and coordinate team members on-site

  • Identify and resolve job site challenges independently

  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely, high-quality results

  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

  • Document job progress and maintain installation records

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of full-time gutter installation experience

  • Proven leadership in managing and completing projects independently

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Physically fit and comfortable working on roofs and ladders

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • U.S. citizen or holder of a valid work visa

  • English proficiency (spoken and understood)

  • Clean background check (no felonies)

  • Willingness to undergo drug screening

  • High attention to detail and safety protocols

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $95,000–$115,000+ annually (based on experience)
