We’re growing — and looking for a thoughtful, organized Office Manager to help us manage that growth behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage documentation, schedules, and digital systems
Input customer, project, and sales data into CRM tools (e.g., Acculynx)
Support hiring, onboarding, and internal documentation
Assist leadership and production teams with communications and logistics
Answer phones, manage emails, and respond to customer inquiries via CRM and Company Phone System
Coordinate scheduling across departments and statewide locations
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or operations
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and CRM platforms
Strong organizational skills and clear written communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
Must reside in Oahu
Compensation and Benefits
$80,000+ annual compensation (depending on experience)
