ProBuilt is one of Hawaii’s leading roofing and rain gutter contractors, recognized for our craftsmanship in large-scale commercial, high-end residential, and multifamily projects. We invest in quality tools, people, and leadership — and we’re looking for a Production Manager who can align daily operations with long-term excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all field operations for roofing and gutter installation projects
Lead crews and foremen to meet deadlines, safety standards, and customer expectations
Conduct site visits, manage scheduling, and maintain daily reporting
Coordinate materials, inventory, job assignments, and supplier communications
Review and approve job costs, invoices, and time reporting
Monitor multiple active job sites, track crew efficiency, and reduce downtime
Train new and existing employees in technical and safety practices
Ensure site compliance with safety, design, and company standards
Use CRM and internal tools for job tracking, documentation, and reporting
Requirements
3+ years of experience in residential roofing
2+ years of management or project leadership experience
Deep knowledge of sloped roofing systems and installation practices
Proven leadership, crew coordination, and people management skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, accountability, and safety
Familiar with CRM/project tracking software and digital workflows
Valid driver’s license and a stable, verifiable work history
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
