Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Residential Roofing Foreman to join our year-round team on the islands of Kauai, Maui, and Oahu. This position is ideal for professionals with strong leadership, communication, and roofing skills who are ready to relocate and lead high-end residential projects. Housing assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and work alongside residential roofing crews

  • Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to schedules

  • Communicate effectively with team members and project managers

  • Ensure all work meets local building codes and company standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of recent residential roofing experience

  • Proven experience managing teams and overseeing projects

  • U.S. citizen or valid work visa

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check (no recent DUIs or felonies)

  • Physically capable of lifting 80+ lbs and working on roofs/ladders

  • English proficiency preferred

Compensation and Benefits

  • $90K–$115K+ annual salary (based on experience)

  • Weekly pay + overtime after 40 hours
