We’re Hiring a Roofing Operations Specialist
If you're equal parts technical and tactical — and you're ready to step into a role that blends estimating, inspections, and operations — this is your opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate estimates for roofing systems: asphalt shingles, tile, cedar, metal, synthetic, and coatings
Conduct on-site inspections to verify measurements and assess conditions
Collaborate with estimators, inspectors, and project managers to align scope, pricing, and schedules
Support insurance-related estimates, especially using platforms like Xactimate
Interpret scopes of work, drawings, and material needs for proposal development
Maintain organized estimate records and CRM updates
Communicate with clients regarding solutions, pricing, and project next steps
Ensure compliance with codes, installation standards, and safety protocols
Represent ProBuilt Hawaii with professionally at all job site visists
Requirements
Available for inter-island travel
Minimum 3 years in residential roofing (estimating, inspection, or operations)
Strong knowledge of roofing systems and materials
Experience with estimating tools (Xactimate & Acculynx)
Able to read construction drawings and technical documents
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Physically fit to climb ladders and inspect roofs
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and cloud-based platforms
Valid driver’s license and clean record
Compensation and Benefits
Starting salary: $80,000+ (based on experience)
