Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site roof inspections and safety walkthroughs

  • Generate leads via referrals, outreach, and local networks

  • Full Estimation office, so you get to focus on closing deals and not calculating estimates!

  • Track leads and pipeline activity in CRM software

  • Attend meetings, job walks, and inspections as needed

  • Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Stay informed about roofing systems, materials, and competitors

  • Represent ProBuilt with energy, clarity, and professionalism

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in roofing or home services

  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals

  • Ability to climb and inspect roofs safely

  • Professional and self-motivated with strong follow-through

  • Excellent communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills

  • CRM and proposal software proficiency preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Familiarity with roofing systems and estimating tools is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

  • Lucrative performance-based pay with uncapped commissions and bonus opportunities. $90K to $150K with Top Producers making $200K Plus.
